Our goal is to sync ideas, creativity, strategy, and execution to create meaningful outcomes for brands, businesses, and individuals.
You agree to use the SyncLab website only for lawful, genuine, and appropriate purposes.

SyncLab may offer creative and digital services such as website design, branding, logo design, graphic design, creative strategy, digital content, creative consulting, and other related services.
The exact scope, pricing, timeline, revision limits, deliverables, and payment terms for each project will be discussed and agreed upon separately before the project begins.
Any service mentioned on the website does not guarantee automatic acceptance of every project. SyncLab reserves the right to accept, reject, pause, or discontinue any project request at its own discretion.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, brand information, content, files, references, feedback, approvals, and other required materials on time.
If the client delays communication, feedback, payment, or required materials, the project timeline may also be delayed.
SyncLab will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, unclear instructions, or lack of response from the client.
Project pricing, advance payment, milestone payments, and final payment terms will be shared before the project begins.
Unless agreed otherwise, work may begin only after confirmation and/or advance payment.
Final files, project access, website handover, or approved deliverables may be provided only after full payment is received.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra payment.
Payments once made may not be refundable if work has already started, concepts have been shared, or resources have been allocated for the project.
SyncLab reserves the right to pause or stop work if payment is delayed or not completed as agreed.
Revisions will be provided according to the agreed project scope.
Minor changes may be included, but major changes may be charged separately. Major changes may include a completely new design direction, new pages, new logo concepts, additional features, changes after final approval, or rework caused by incomplete or incorrect client input.
SyncLab believes in refining ideas creatively, but unlimited revisions are not included unless clearly agreed in writing.
SyncLab will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the discussed timeline.
However, timelines may change due to client-side delays, late feedback, change requests, technical issues, payment delays, third-party platform issues, or unexpected circumstances.
A project timeline is an estimate unless clearly stated as a fixed deadline in writing.
All creative ideas, designs, drafts, concepts, layouts, strategies, source files, website structures, graphics, written content, and other materials created by SyncLab remain the property of SyncLab until full payment is received.
After full payment, the client receives ownership or usage rights for the final approved deliverables, as agreed for that specific project.
Unless separately agreed in writing, SyncLab retains ownership of rejected concepts, unused designs, draft ideas, working files, source files, internal processes, creative experiments, and templates created before or during the project.
Clients may not use unpaid, rejected, or unused concepts without written permission from SyncLab.
SyncLab reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies, presentations, promotional materials, and marketing content.
This may include logos, websites, brand designs, graphics, screenshots, project names, or creative samples.
If a client wants the project to remain confidential, they must request this in writing before the project begins.
